This past weekend Rusty had a 3 day weekend so we packed up the family car and drove to Nashville, TN to take Charlie to go see Elmo is "Sesame Street Live". Yes we are those parents who drive across 2 states, 12 hours, so their son could see a furry red monster who always speaks in third person. And let me tell you it was worth every mile we drove. He loved it, and was speechless when Elmo came out on stage and I started crying because I could tell he was so happy. Anyways we had a great family vacation, and we also got to visit Vanderbilt campus and Opryland.
